Description

Composite 100kg set with 120cm/25mm straight bar and plates (4×2.5kg, 18×5kg). Quiet, floor-friendly, with star collars. Ideal for heavy strength training at home!

Complete 100 kg range for heavy training

A practical spread of composite plates (25 mm) — including 4×2.5 kg and 18×5 kg sizes — lets you select the exact load for warm-ups, heavy working sets, and accessory lifts. Thanks to the versatile mix of discs, you can smoothly scale up your training weight as your strength develops

Compact 120 cm bar – stable and space-efficient

The 120 cm / 25 mm straight bar offers a confident, stable feel for presses, rows, and curls while keeping the footprint small for home use. It manoeuvres easily in tight rooms, slides behind furniture after training, and still supports clean technique on compound movements.

Quiet, floor-friendly composite plates

Compared with bare metal, the composite shells help dampen noise and protect flooring, making your sessions more neighbour-friendly. The durable finish resists scuffs and wipes clean quickly, so your setup stays tidy even with frequent loading cycles.

Secure, rattle-free lifting

Threaded sleeves and star collars lock plates firmly to minimise movement under load, maintaining bar balance and a smooth path — especially valuable during slower eccentrics, tempo work, and sets close to your top effort.

Built for long-term progress and easy expansion

Use the comprehensive 100 kg plate mix to support your fitness and strength goals without changing hardware. Because the system uses standard 25 mm bars and plates, it’s simple to add capacity later with extra weights as your home gym scales with your goals.
