The 5 kg resistance system ensures the bike runs quietly and smoothly for maximum comfort during exercise.

Train comfortably – just the way you like!

The HS-3030X Apeks stationary bike lets you work out in different body positions. You can exercise upright, holding the handlebars with pulse sensors to monitor your heart rate, or switch to a semi-recumbent position, resting your hands on the side grips. The bike’s 2-level frame adjustment allows you to choose the position that best suits your comfort and training style.

The non-slip pedals with foot straps keep your feet securely in place for safe exercise, while the wide, foldable backrest provides comfort throughout every workout session.
