Vertically adjustable seat

The six-level seat height adjustment allows you to find the most optimal pedaling position. The comfortable padded seat ensures that even during longer workouts you can enjoy maximum comfort.

Resistance adjustment

The resistance system used in the Rio bike provides smooth, quiet training that does not put excessive strain on the knees. Resistance is adjusted manually with a knob located at the front of the bike, just below the handlebar, making it easy to adapt the intensity to your needs.

Pedals with locking straps

Safety during training is key! With the Rio, you don’t have to worry about your feet slipping off the pedals. The locking straps will keep them securely in place throughout your workout.

Transport wheels

After finishing your workout, you don’t have to worry that your living room will still look like a gym. Thanks to the practical transport wheels built into the front stabilizer, you can easily move the bike to another location.
