Pull-up exercises

Pull-ups are an exercise that develops the entire upper body, building a wide back and strong arms. They can be performed in two ways: overhand grip (pronated) and underhand grip (supinated). Both techniques differ in difficulty level and produce slightly different results:

• The overhand grip primarily develops the back muscles.
• The underhand grip more effectively strengthens and sculpts the arms, especially the biceps.

Practical installation

The special design of the HS-2006K pull-up bar allows you to mount it on either the wall or the ceiling – simply unscrew 2 bolts, change the position of the bar, and it’s ready to use!

This makes it especially suitable for small spaces, where choosing the right equipment must be carefully planned.

Holder for punching bag or TRX straps

The Hop-Sport HS-2006K pull-up bar is additionally equipped with a strong holder for attaching a punching bag or TRX straps, giving you even more possibilities for performing a variety of exercises.

This holder is made from a solid 8 mm thick rod.

A carabiner is included in the set.
