The Hop-Sport HS-1008K multifunctional power tower with a stall bar, pull-up bar, and bench is designed for comprehensive home strength training. With this versatile equipment, you can effectively develop all major muscle groups (arms, back, chest, and abs) while performing a wide variety of exercises such as pull-ups, squats, and hanging leg raises. The HS-1008K power tower can also successfully be used as equipment for home rehabilitation.
Durability of the Power Tower
The dip bars are made of steel profiles with a 3.5×5 cm cross-section, ensuring they are solid and highly durable. The maximum load capacity of the bars is 150 kg, making them suitable for intensive strength training. The powder-coated steel construction protects the frame against wear and corrosion, guaranteeing a long-lasting, professional appearance for years to come.
Stable Construction
The dip bars feature a stable and secure design. The base of the set is a 220 cm high stall bar, which must be mounted to the wall using 6 solid brackets and 12 heavy-duty screws. The remaining elements are attached to the rungs of the stall bar. This construction ensures maximum stability during exercises, even when performing dynamic and intensive movements.
Comprehensive Training
The power tower allows for a complete strength workout – both using bodyweight exercises and with additional weights. At the top, there is a pull-up bar for back and arm training. In the central section, dip bars are installed for targeting the abs and triceps. The lower rungs of the stall bar can be used to attach a training bench or as foot support for push-ups, making the equipment highly versatile and multifunctional.
Upholstered Elements
The bench seat is made of three layers: a sturdy board, soft foam padding, and a durable leather-like cover.
