Training bench HS-1055 in a refreshed design is intended for training with a barbell or dumbbells. The wide range of bench capabilities is complemented by a leg developer. The bench allows for exercises of the chest muscles, arms, triceps, forearms, shoulder girdle, and legs. The bench is characterized by solid workmanship. Strong steel profiles ensure safety during exercise, and thanks to powder coating, the structure will maintain an aesthetic appearance for many years of use. Model HS-1055 is equipped with adjustment of the preacher curl, backrest, and butterfly arms.
Durable construction
The backrest and seat of the bench are made from several layers: a stable wooden board, thick foam for comfort during training, and durable upholstery with a real leather effect. The entire structure is built on a strong and robust frame.
Reinforced steel profiles and thick connecting plates between the bench components ensure stability, durability, and safety during workouts.
The upholstery is made from high-quality material resembling real leather, filled with polyurethane foam, which provides comfort even during long and intense workouts.

Protective Foam Pads
The leg lock and fly handles are covered with thick and durable protective foam, offering excellent protection for sensitive areas during strength training.

The 1055 training bench is equipped with a leg press, one of the best devices for developing thigh muscles. The leg press allows for an isolated workout of the leg muscles – the largest muscles in the human body!

Butterfly Handles
The 1055 bench is equipped with a special mechanism called a butterfly – rotating levers/handles on both sides of the bench. The handle spacing can be adjusted in 3 levels. These handles are used for chest fly exercises, which are among the most effective workouts for the chest muscles.
Multi-level Backrest Adjustment
The design and adjustability of individual elements of the 1055 bench ensure maximum comfort and precise customization to your height and type of exercise. This way, you’ll feel just like in a professional gym at home. The backrest angle can be adjusted in 4 levels – from 0 degrees to 90 degrees, including the option to lay it completely flat.
Preacher Curl Pad
The preacher curl pad is primarily used for isolated arm muscle exercises. The slightly inclined position it provides helps to relieve pressure on the back, while the arm support allows for full-range motion during training. In the 1055 model, the preacher curl pad features height adjustment from 84.5 to 91 cm from the ground.
Stand Fork Covers
Rubber covers placed on the stand forks provide protection and cushioning for the barbell, effectively absorbing impact and reducing noise when placing the bar down — making your workout safer and quieter.
Foldable Design
Would you like to easily move or store your workout bench? The HS-1055 bench can be folded into an upright position — simply unscrew the knob (conveniently located under the backrest), pull out the pin, and lift the bench upward. This feature allows the bench to take up less space when not in use.

The HS-1055 training bench offers a wide range of possibilities for strength training. The key exercises include:
- Incline Bench Press – Targets the pectoralis major (especially the lower and sternal parts), triceps brachii, and the anterior deltoid.
- Flat Bench Press – Activates the entire pectoralis major, pectoralis minor, and triceps brachii.
- Leg Extensions on Lever – Primarily engages the quadriceps. The bench is equipped with a loading pin for adjusting resistance to personal needs.
- Barbell Curls – Focuses on the biceps brachii and deltoid muscles, while also involving the forearm muscles during the curling motion.
- Lat Pulldown to Chest – Works the back muscles, especially the latissimus dorsi.
