The HS-2002K Pull-Up Bar is a strength training device designed for bodyweight exercises. Solid Construction

The Hop-Sport HS-2002K Pull-Up Bar is made of high-quality steel, with the main frame tube measuring 45 mm in diameter. The steel structure is powder-coated, which provides increased resistance to abrasion and corrosion, ensuring durability for long-term use. The solid wall brackets guarantee maximum stability during training and allow the bar to support a maximum user weight of up to 150 kg.

Monkey Bar Grid Design

The HS-2002K Pull-Up Bar replaces standard handles with a grid-style “monkey bar” design, allowing for up to 14 different grip variations – including parallel, angled, straight, symmetrical, and asymmetrical grips. This ensures a highly versatile workout, regardless of the user’s fitness level or training experience. The knurled gripping surfaces provide anti-slip properties, guaranteeing a secure hold and preventing hands from sliding off during exercises.

Training Possibilities

There are three main ways to perform pull-ups on the HS-2002K Pull-Up Bar:

  • Overhand grip (pronated pull-up)
  • Underhand grip (supinated pull-up)
  • Neutral grip (hammer grip)

Each grip variation activates different muscle groups, allowing for a highly versatile workout. Training on this bar develops key back muscles such as the latissimus dorsi, rhomboids, trapezius, and teres major, while also engaging the biceps, brachialis, and brachioradialis for complete upper-body strength development.

Practical Mounting

The HS-2002K Pull-Up Bar is securely mounted to the wall using eight screws, all of which are included in the set. Detailed installation instructions are provided, ensuring quick and safe assembly.
