The Focus cross trainer is equipped with a multifunctional computer and a clear display.

Computer functions:

1. SCAN: Displays training time, distance, speed, calories burned, pulse, and total kilometers.
2. TIME: Displays training time. Using the “set” button, you can enter a target value – once reached, the computer will notify you with a sound signal.
3. SPEED: Displays current speed.
4. DISTANCE: Displays distance covered. Using the “set” button, you can enter a target value – once reached, the computer will notify you with a sound signal.
5. CALORIES: Displays calories burned. Using the “set” button, you can enter a target value – once reached, the computer will notify you with a sound signal.
6. ODO: Displays the total distance covered across all workouts.
7. PULSE: Displays the user’s current heart rate.

Touch pulse sensors

The HS-003C Focus cross trainer is equipped with touch pulse sensors located on the additional handles – by placing your hands on them, you can monitor your heart rate during training. The measurement result is clearly visible on the display.

Pulse is a key parameter that should be controlled during exercise. A pulse that is too high may lead to overtraining, while one that is too low will not bring the desired results. Maintaining an optimal heart rate will help you achieve your goals more effectively – whether it’s improving physical fitness or losing excess weight.

Non-slip foot platforms
