The Focus elliptical trainer is equipped with a multifunctional computer and a clear LCD display, allowing you to monitor key training data in real-time.

Computer functions:

1. SCAN – Displays the following data in rotation: workout time, distance, speed, calories burned, pulse, and total distance (ODO).
2. TIME – Shows workout duration. You can set a desired time using the "SET" button, after which an audible alert will notify you.
3. SPEED – Displays current speed.
4. DISTANCE – Shows the distance covered. You can set a target distance using the "SET" button and receive an alert once it’s reached.
5. CALORIES – Displays calories burned. You can set a goal using the "SET" button and get an alert once achieved.
6. ODO – Displays the total accumulated distance from all workouts.
7. PULSE – Displays the user's current heart rate.

Touch Pulse Sensors

The additional handles of the HS-003C Focus elliptical trainer are equipped with touch pulse sensors. By placing your hands on them, you can monitor your heart rate during your workout. The measurement result is displayed on the screen.
