Description

The HS-1007K dip bars are multifunctional strength training equipment designed for wall mounting. They can be used in two ways:

  • As a pull-up bar – training on the bar helps improve strength and build the biceps and back muscles.
  • As dip bars – training on the bars strengthens and shapes the abdominal muscles, as well as the arm and chest muscles.

Durable construction

The bars are made of high-quality steel. The main structural profile measures 50 x 50 mm, and the tube diameter is 25 mm. The entire unit is powder-coated, which provides high resistance to abrasion and corrosion. Careful attention to every detail ensures great structural durability. The maximum load capacity of the bars is approximately 120 kg.

Upholstered elements

The backrest and armrests of the dip bars are made of several layers: a board providing structural stability, a thick layer of foam (ensuring comfort during workouts), and a durable upholstery with a real leather effect. The 4 cm thick padding ensures a comfortable training experience.

Practical installation

The HS-1007K dip bars are mounted on hooks that are permanently fixed to the wall, allowing for a quick switch between pull-up bar and dip bar exercises. All necessary mounting parts and an instruction manual are included in the package. The dip bars are especially suitable for small spaces, where the choice of training equipment must be carefully considered.

Versatile use

The HS-1007K dip bars can serve two functions:

  • As a pull-up bar – the equipment should be mounted on the upper hooks. The bar allows for pull-ups using an overhand grip, underhand grip, and neutral (hammer) grip. It features two pairs of handles. Training on the pull-up bar develops muscles such as the latissimus dorsi, rhomboids, trapezius, and teres major. It also engages the biceps brachii, brachialis, and brachioradialis.
  • As dip bars – the equipment should be mounted on the lower hooks. Training on the dip bars helps strengthen and shape the abdominal muscles: rectus abdominis, internal and external obliques, and transverse abdominis, as well as the arm muscles, triceps, and chest muscles

Non-slip grips

Each handle is finished with a PVC grip featuring non-slip properties. This design ensures that even sweaty hands will not slip, even during intense workouts.
