HS-1035 Training Bench by Hop-Sport is a multifunctional piece of equipment that fits perfectly into any home gym. The HS-1035 bench comes equipped with a leg lock and lever, as well as resistance bands, which can be mounted on both sides of the base. The design of the HS-1035 bench enables a wide variety of exercises: seated workouts with weights, dumbbell presses in a lying position (including decline position), abdominal training, bicep curls, and back muscle exercises.
One of the biggest advantages of this bench is that it doesn't take up much space, which, combined with its versatility, makes it an almost ideal training tool.

Adjustable Preacher Curl Pad
The preacher curl pad is primarily used for isolated arm exercises. The slightly inclined position assumed on the preacher pad helps to relieve pressure on the back, while the arm support encourages a full range of motion during exercises.
The HS-1035 model features a 2-level height adjustment for the preacher pad from the ground, allowing for personalized and comfortable training.
Backrest Adjustment
A key feature of this model is its 6-level backrest angle adjustment – including the option to lay it completely flat or set it to a decline position. This flexibility allows you to target different muscle groups and perform a wide variety of exercises.
Protective Foam Pads
