Shock absorption system

The free-standing punching bag is equipped with innovative anti-shock technology, which effectively reduces vibrations and oscillations caused by strikes.

This system is based on four springs placed at the base of the bag, with additional bumpers on both sides. When a punch is delivered, the springs react by moving backward, while the bumpers absorb the vibrations.

This mechanism allows the user to experience minimal oscillations, resulting in greater training comfort.

Solid construction

The material quality is one of the key factors to consider when choosing a punching bag. The free-standing punching bag is made with 4 layers of different materials, each with unique properties, to provide optimal training conditions.

The bag is filled with fabric scraps, which – unlike loose fillings – do not cause deformations, damage, or particle leakage during intense workouts.

Stable base of the punching bag

The free-standing punching bag rests on a solid base that can be filled with either water or sand. When filled with water, the base weighs 75 kg, while filling it with sand increases the load to 135 kg. This proper weighting, combined with the base dimensions of 61 × 61 × 38 cm, guarantees the exceptional stability of the bag.

For maximum safety, the base is equipped with 25 suction cups, which hold the punching bag firmly upright, eliminating the risk of tipping over or sliding across the floor during training.

Free-standing punching bags, unlike traditional models:

• Can be used in various locations, including high-rise apartments or even in the garden
• Eliminate the noise characteristic of chains used in traditional hanging bags
